Return Policy

Every piece sold by C.L Khanna Jewellers is checked, hallmarked and handed over only after your satisfaction in store. If something is not right, we will make it right.

Exchanges

• Jewellery in unused, undamaged condition with the original invoice may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
• Exchange value follows the prevailing gold rate and our standard exchange terms; making charges may be adjusted.
• Customized and made-to-order pieces are crafted for you alone and are not eligible for exchange, except in case of a manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing defects

Any piece with a genuine manufacturing defect will be repaired or remade at no cost. Please bring the piece and invoice to the store.

Old gold

We accept old gold for exchange or buyback at transparent, market-linked rates after purity testing in front of you.
