Three graduating emeralds run up the centre of this openwork gold bangle, framed on either side by a lattice of pavé diamonds. The openwork lattice keeps the bangle visually lighter than a solid band of the same width, letting light pass through the design rather than just reflecting off a flat surface. Grading the three emeralds by size, largest at the centre, draws the eye naturally toward the middle of the bangle first. Prong-set rather than bezel-set, the emeralds sit slightly raised for extra depth. Suited to festive and party occasions where a wide bangle needs real visual interest.
